LGBT History & Rights Vanishing Right Before Your Eyes? Who You Gonna Call?

QueerGhostHunters_800x450 StuMaddux_320x480

Join us as we welcome writer & director Stu Maddux, who will be bringing his new web series QUEER GHOST HUNTERS to Pride of the Ocean’s 10th anniversary cruise March 4-12, 2017.

Sadly enough, throughout history our LGBTQ community members were incarcerated in jails and prisons, committed to asylums and were employed in theaters and opera houses. So why don’t ghosthunters ever seem to find any queer ghosts?!!

Join us as acclaimed Director Stu Maddux and Stonewall Columbus take you on a haunting and very, very queer adventure!

Why do they do it? Click here or on the image below to watch a featurette that explains it all, then read on to learn how you can meet Stu on our Eastern Caribbean cruise.

Stu is a multi-award winning filmmaker with international credits whose many goals include strengthening the queer community by bringing together its different generations. His films include GEN SILENT the widely used documentary about Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender older people hiding their lives to survive discrimination, bullying and abuse. His first documentary as an independent filmmaker was the critically-acclaimed BOB AND JACK’S 52-YEAR ADVENTURE, about an Army sergeant who began an affair with his commanding officer in 1952. The two men came out to the troops in their unit and are still together a half-century later.
