Nathan Adloff is a Director/Writer/Actor based in Los Angeles. His most recent semi-autobiographical feature, “Miles”, starring Molly Shannon, Paul Reiser and Yeardley Smith, won the Audience Award at Outfest in 2016.
Sam Berliner is a filmmaker and animator best known for his engaging and accessible films about gender non-conformity. Sam is also the festival director of Translations: the Seattle Transgender Film Festival.
Terry Beswick is the Executive Director of the The GLBT Historical Society in San Francisco which collects, preserves, and interprets the history of GLBT people and the communities that support them.
Sam Feder is an award-winning filmmaker whose most recent film is “Kate Bornstein is a Queer & Pleasant Danger,” the first feature-length documentary portrait of the pioneer transgender author and performer Kate Bornstein.
Leo Herrera is a filmmaker, freelance writer, and community activist. In addition to his work in film, he’s written for a number of publications and is passionate about archives and queer history.
Stu Maddux’s latest film, “Reel In The Closet” is a feature-length documentary that lets us connect with LGBT people from the past through the rare LGBT home movies that they left for us.
Robert Rosenberg is an Emmy Award-winning independent filmmaker of the LGBT classic documentary “Before Stonewall,” and a curator, arts presenter and promotor. He was also the Founding Director of the Miami Gay & Lesbian Film Festival and the Coral Gables Art Cinema.
Christopher Rudisill is an accomplished professional with over 10 years of experience in the museum field, marketing, leadership, and consultation on LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender) issues.
Susan Stryker is an award-winning scholar and filmmaker whose historical research, theoretical writing, and creative works have helped shape the cultural conversation on transgender topics since the early 1990s.
Bud James Thomas is the Library Supervisor / Operations Manager at University of Southern California, which is a leading private research university located in Los Angeles, the capital of the Pacific Rim.
Susi Walsh is the co-founder of The Center for Independent Documentary, has been recognized by Women In Film & Video with an “Image Award” and an “Imaginnaire Award” for her work with independent filmmakers.
Debra Wilson made her national debut with her award-winning film “Butch Mystique”, exploring the lives of butch identified black lesbians. “Beyond The Butch Mystique” is a work-in-progress sequel to that film.
